XG-Series Drink Straw Machine
XG-series drinking straw machines are composed of the extruding machine, cooling device, drawing unit and cutting unit. Available for monochromatic and dichromatic etc. the machines are wildly used for producing drinking straw, Nozzle, Cotton stick, Lollipop stick, Ball-pen core, Toy tube, Drop tube and other small industrial irregular shape pipes.
Structure characteristic
1、The primary machine barrel and screw adopt high quality material of 38CRMOALA which is after nitrogen treatment;
2、Adopt brake type net changing to increase the production efficiency;
3、Four-rollers traction adopt frequency speed control, the linear speed is uniform;
4、Rotary cutting with single cutter or double cutter are adopted and the thickness and length can be adjusted freely.
