XG-Series Drink Straw Machine
XG-series drinking straw machine is composed of extruding machine, cooling, drawing and cutting device. There are unicolor, bicolor and tricolor machine etc. It is mainly used to produce drinking straw, nozzle, cotton stick, ball-pen core, toy tube and other small pipes etc.
Structure Characteristic
1、The primary machine barrel and screw are adopted with high quality material of 38CrMoAlA and nitrogen treatment.
2、Adopt brake-type net changing to in crease the production efficiency.
3、Four-roller traction adopts frequency control, the linear speed is uniform.
4、Adopt rotary cutting with single-cutter or double-cutter, the thickness and length can be adjusted freely.
